The basics
What would you like to know?
What does non-medical home care include?
Personal care, companionship, help with meals and household routines, appointment escorts, respite, and reminders can be part of a care plan. It does not include skilled nursing or medical treatment.
Can you help with Alzheimer’s or dementia?
Yes. We discuss the person’s routines, abilities, preferences, and safety needs to plan non-medical support and meaningful engagement.
Do you provide around-the-clock care?
We can discuss 24-hour coverage options. The schedule, staffing, and care plan must be confirmed for your specific situation.
Can care start the same day?
Call as soon as you know help is needed. Same-day starts may be possible, but depend on caregiver availability and the ability to establish a safe plan.
Do you work with Medicaid, VA benefits, or insurance?
QOLS is a private-pay non-medical home care agency. Please call to discuss payment and the right fit before making plans.
What if we need help after a hospital discharge?
We can help with non-medical tasks such as personal care, meals, reminders, and transportation. Clinical questions should go to the discharge team or licensed provider.
Where do you serve?
Our focus includes Sun City, Surprise, Goodyear, Peoria, Avondale, and other West Valley communities. Call with your address to confirm current coverage.
